構成し、 水熱交換器の水路から分岐して前記水受皿中に
開口した分岐路と、該分岐路を開閉する第1の開
閉弁と、該水受皿底部に連通接続され第2の開閉
弁を有する排水回路と、該第1及び第2の開閉弁
を開閉制御して前記水受皿中の水位を所定のレベ
ルに保持したり該水受皿中の水を全て排出する制
御部とを設けた、 ことを特徴とする水熱源ヒートポンプユニツト
