    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転自在に保持された感光体と、静電潜像を形
    成するための発光部を内蔵し前記感光体との対向
    面に光学素子を有する露光部と、この露光部の一
    端に対向する吸込開口を有するとともにこの吸込
    開口の縁を前記光学素子の表面を通る平面と同一
    又はそれよりも前記感光体側に位置させた負圧発
    生部と、この負圧発生部に装着されたフイルタと
    よりなることを特徴とする露光装置のトナー排出
    装置。
