In order to realize the rice cooking method, there is provided a pot for storing rice to be cooked, an inner frame having a pot storage part for storing the pot, and an outer periphery including the bottom of the pot by the pot storage part. a heating space, and a high-temperature heater provided exposed in the space so as to be spaced apart from the pot, and the high-temperature heater heats the pot more than its bottom central area when cooking rice. There was one that was arranged so that it would heat the air. Other configurations include a configuration in which a cast-in heater at the bottom generates heat during rice cooking, and a side heater wrapped around the outer surface of the inner frame generates heat at the beginning or continuously of rice cooking.

However, in the former method, a high-temperature heater attached to the bottom of the inner frame at a distance from the pot generates heat, and the heat is transferred to the top by air convection through a heating space, thereby heating the cooked rice in the upper part of the pot. This method not only cannot be expected to be very effective in raising the temperature of the rice in the upper part of the pot higher than the temperature in the lower part, but also, depending on the cooking conditions such as the outside temperature, the temperature of the rice in the upper part of the pot may be lower than that in the lower part. There was a drawback that there were cases where it was impossible to raise the level in advance. In addition, it is known that this heating method has lower thermal efficiency than in the past, and the high-temperature heater itself becomes red hot when energized, which not only shortens its lifespan.
Heat-resistant structures such as the outer frame and inner frame were required. Furthermore, in order to keep warm, not only a bottom heater but also a side heater is required. On the other hand, the latter is an indirect heating method in which the inner frame is heated with a side heater and the heat is used to heat the pot, so the local heating effect on the top is small and the amount of heat given to the cooked rice in the upper part of the pot is small. This results in poor thermal efficiency. Therefore, in order to realize the rice cooking method, the side heater needs to generate a high amount of heat, so the heater itself must be highly heat resistant and expensive.
Another disadvantage was that the inner frame, outer frame, and the like had to be of heat-resistant construction.

As shown in FIG. 5, a side heater 7' enclosed in an aluminum plate 19 is wrapped around the outer surface of the inner frame 2'.

According to this configuration, when the temperature rises due to heat generation, the aluminum plate 19 thermally expands in the circumferential direction, and the inner frame 2'
It has the disadvantage that it comes off more easily, and it is not possible to achieve close contact with the inner frame 2' when heat is applied. On the other hand, aluminum plate 19
The cost is high, the number of parts is large, and automation of the work is difficult, making the side heater expensive. Another method involves wrapping the side heater directly around the inner frame while adhering it, but in this case, the adhesive wrapping device is complicated, making it difficult to rationalize the process, and it has the drawbacks of poor repairability.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and aims to improve the latter conventional example by reducing the number of parts, and providing a jar rice cooker with good thermal efficiency and capable of intensively heating the rice in the upper part of the pot. At this time, the bottom casting heater 3 and the side heater 7 constitute a parallel circuit, with the bottom casting heater 3 heating the entire pot from the bottom of the pot, and the side heater 7 intensively heating the top of the pot. At this time, the heat generated by the side heater 7 directly heats the upper part of the pot, not through the inner frame 2, so even if the side heater 7 generates a small amount of heat,
The rice at the top of the pot is heated intensively and effectively,
The rice cooking method described above is made possible. In the later stages of rice cooking, the magnetic thermostat 10 is activated by detecting the temperature at the bottom of the pot, and the switches 9 and 12 are activated to reverse both to the N and C sides. At this time, the bottom casting heater 3, the side heater 7, and the outer lid heater 8 form a series circuit, and together form a heat-retaining circuit that can keep and heat the rice from the entire circumference with a small amount of electric power.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the amount of heat generated by the side heater through the cut holes in the inner frame is extremely efficiently radiated to the cooked rice in the upper part of the inner pot. Therefore, the temperature of the cooked rice in the upper part of the pot can be raised more efficiently than in the lower part. Therefore, not only can a side heater that generates a small amount of heat be used at a low price, but also components such as the inner frame and outer frame do not need to have a heat-resistant structure.

また、内枠上部より水を流した場合も、本体内
部あるいは側部ヒータに侵入することはない。
Furthermore, even if water flows from the upper part of the inner frame, it will not enter the inside of the main body or the side heater.

On the other hand, when fixing the side heater to the inner frame, if you wrap it around the inner frame, it will not shift, and you only need to fix the ends, and there is no need for aluminum plates or adhesives, and it is extremely inexpensive compared to conventional methods. It also makes it easier to automate the work.
