Claims (1)
- 目標位置を与えるサーボスプールと、このサー
ボスプールに摺動可能に嵌合する出力部材と、こ
の出力部材と前記サーボスプールとの相対変位を
利用して付勢力を生じその付勢力で出力部材をサ
ーボスプールに追従させる液圧駆動機構とを具備
してなるサーボ装置において、前記サーボスプー
ルに対してストロークエンドを与えるストツパを
設け、サーボスプールが出力部材に流体固着した
場合に出力部材が作動端に達する前にサーボスプ
ールがそのストツパにより先行停止させられるよ
うにしたことを特徴とするサーボ装置の安全機構
。
