Claims (1)
駆動される吸気弁または排気弁と、前記カムの揚
程を前記弁に伝達するべく互いに相対変位可能に
隣接配置された複数のカムフオロワと、機関の運
転状態に応じて油圧により前記カムフオロワを選
択的に連結または連結解除することによつて弁作
動状態を変更する連結切換手段とを備える内燃機
関の動弁機構であつて、 前記機関により駆動されるオイルポンプとは別
個に、前記連結切換手段に油圧を供給するために
前記機関の運転状態に応じて駆動制御される電動
ポンプを有することを特徴とする内燃機感の動弁
機構。 (2) 前記連結切換手段への油圧が、前記オイル
ポンプ側及び前記電動ポンプ側の双方から供給さ
れることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項に記載の内燃機関の動弁機構。 (3) 前記電動ポンプの出力が弁作動状態の切換
時に高く、かつそれ以外は低くなるように前記電
動ポンプが制御されることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第2項に記載の内燃機関の動弁機
構。 (4) 前記連結切換手段への油圧が、弁作動状態
の切換時にのみ前記オイルポンプ側及び前記電動
ポンプ側の双方から供給され、かつそれ以外は前
記オイルポンプ側のみから供給されることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の内
燃機関の動弁機構。 (5) 前記連結切換手段への油圧が、弁作動状態
の切換動作に異常が生じた場合には前記オイルポ
ンプ側から供給されることを特徴とする実用新案
