Claims (1)
- 上面を研摩面４として回転する研摩砥石３の上
方にワークを回動自在に保持できるワークホルダ
１５が複数個配設された搬送装置１１を各ワーク
ホルダ１５が順次研摩砥石３上に送られるように
間歇回動自在に設け、さらに、前記研摩砥石３の
上方には前記搬送装置１１の間歇回動により研摩
砥石３上に位置されたワークホルダ１５を押圧し
てワークを自転させながら研摩面へ加圧接触させ
る回転加圧装置２７を設けたことを特徴とする平
面仕上機。
