して一般に軟弱であり、又材料の節約、成形上の
問題から不要部分の肉を落して成形されるため、
ネジ止めに当り急激な締付けトルクが作用すると
破損される虞れがあり、更に締付け過大によつて
局部的な皺が発生する等の問題があつた。更に
又、成形部品自体は合成樹脂によるため発錆の心
配がないにもかゝわらず、止めネジに鉄製の金属
ネジがそのまゝ使われることから発錆によつて車
体表面まで汚損される虞れがあつた。

が凹部9の突起21の側面に衝合し、相互の傾斜
側面が摺り合うため、回転される頭部はこれによ
つて押上げられ、挿入孔10に突き入れた軸部1
1aを引き抜くことになる。尚、この実施例にお
ける軸部11aは長さの途中に膨径部23を設
け、この膨径部と先端の膨径部16との間に縮径
部15を設けるようにしあり、他方、係入側6は
中心を通る挿入孔10の内径を上記膨径部23の
直径より大径にすると共に先端部を縮径させて、
この縮径部に軸部の縮径部15を嵌めて前記他の
実施例と同様に楔部材11を仮係止状態に保持で
きるようにしてある。そして、係入脚6を係入孔
8に挿入して次に該楔部材11を押圧したとき、
上記膨径部23を先端の縮径部に割込ませ係入脚
6を拡張できるようにしてある。

れがなく、その取扱いが容易になると共に組立ラ
イン等での作業は飛躍的に増進されることにな

ようにしてもよい。勿論この場合、成形型が複雑
になる弊害はまぬがれないが、固定作業は更に単
純化されるため、量産される組立ラインにおいて
は作業性が一層向上し経済的には充分見合つたも
のとなる。

傷することなく、従つて楔部材のが腐食しないも
のであれば、これが、金属製のものであつてもそ
の効果を妨げるものとはならないことは言うまで
もないであろう。

端を拡張可能な複数の脚片6a,…に分割し且つ
上記挿入孔10の内周面に突条12を備えしめ、
キツキングプレートのこれら係入脚を取付基板の
各係入孔に挿入したのち上記楔部材11の押入に
よつて上記脚端を開脚拡張して固着せしめ、また
楔部材の捻回操作によつてその軸部のネジ山14
を前記突条12を案内に巻き上げ上記脚端の開脚
を解除し取外し可能にしてなる自動車のキツキン
グプレートの接合構造。
