Claims (1)
- 比較的軟質な材料よりなる本体部と、該本体部
に連続しギヤツプを有する小径部と、該小径部に
形成された形状の異なる孔部と、前記ギヤツプに
形成された位置決め用の突出部と、前記本体部の
一面側に形成された吸着用の空間部と、前記本体
部の他面側に成形された複数個の突起と、を備え
たことを特徴とするガラス積層用スペーサー。
