Most of the cylinder oil injected through the oil fill hole is burned and consumed, but some of the cylinder oil travels along the inner surface of the liner and falls from the bottom of the cylinder liner, and the drain oil flows through the drain piping system. The waste is collected in a drain tank and disposed of. There is no record of recycling or reusing the drain oil.

A drain catcher is provided at the bottom of the cylinder liner to collect the internal drain oil, and a tank for sedimentation of the drain oil and a filter are interposed between the drain catcher and the oil filling hole provided in the cylinder liner. It is characterized by a structure with a continuous circulation path, and the drain oil that falls to the bottom of the cylinder liner is collected by a drain catch, and the collected drain oil is regenerated by the sedimentation tank and filter in the drain oil regeneration circulation path. This automatically lubricates the inner surface of the liner through the lubrication hole and reuses it, increasing the lubrication efficiency and reliability of cylinder oil.

The skirt portion of the piston (2), the piston rod (3) 1. <The arrangement is such that moving parts such as the packing box (4) do not interfere with each other, and the cylinder liner (1)
The structure effectively collects the drain oil that falls along the inner surface of the liner. The drain catch (5
) can adopt various designs and means in addition to the illustrated example, and it is desirable to have a design that does not introduce impurities such as the scavenging chamber drain (contains a large amount of water) as much as possible. Also,
In addition to collection by falling due to gravity, it is also possible to provide means for forcibly discharging the collected r-len oil to the drain oil regeneration circulation path using a pump or the like.
