Claims (1)
- 被検知物に照射光を発する発光素子と、前記被
検知物からの検知反射光を受光する受光素子と、
該発光素子および受光素子を収納するケースとを
備え、前記受光素子の前側に、検知反射光の光軸
に沿つて光吸収体を有する光フアイバアレイが設
けられたことを特徴とする光応用の検出器。
