Claims (1)
続した接点Ｐを有する熱電対線において、被覆導
体が前記接点Ｐの近傍を接点被覆材で被覆される
とともに２種の被覆導体ＡおよびＢを共に囲むよ
うに管状のシース材で被覆し、前記接点被覆材の
外径および前記シース材の外径が０．２mm〜０．
８mmであることを特徴とする熱電対線。 (2) 被覆導体がエナメルまたはポリイミド樹脂
の電気絶縁材により被覆された請求項１記載の熱
電対線。 (3) 接点Ｐの近傍がクロロトリフルオロエチレ
ン―エチレン共重合体（ＥＣＴＦＥ樹脂）からな
る接点被覆材によりモールド成形し被覆された請
求項１または２記載の熱電対線。 (4) シース材がクロロトリフルクロエチレン―
エチレン共重合体（ＥＣＴＦＥ樹脂）からなる請
