In a work traveling aircraft configured to start the engine with a recoil starter, an engine drive detection switch switches the switch when detecting that the engine is running, and switches the switch based on the intermittent switching of the main clutch. A starting safety circuit formed by connecting the main clutch switch in series with the main clutch switch is connected in parallel to the engine's ignition system circuit, and the starting safety circuit is configured such that when the main clutch is engaged, the main clutch switch is turned on, and the engine is running.
