記面実装用樹脂モールド電子部品の製造過程を説
明するための断面図、第４図は上記の製造過程を
経て完成した面実装用樹脂モールド電子部品をプ
リント基板に実装する場合の説明用の断面図であ
る。 １……面実装用樹脂モールド電子部品、２……
樹脂モールド本体部、３……板状リード、４……
ノツクピン跡部、４ａ……凹凸面、１２……プリ
ント基板、１５……接着剤。

- 樹脂モールド本体部の両側から板状リードが導
出され、その樹脂モールド本体部の下面とほぼ同
一平面内に前記板状リードが折り曲げられた面実
装用樹脂モールド電子部品において、前記樹脂モ
ールド本体部の下面に比較的微細な多数の凹凸を
形成したことを特徴とする面実装用樹脂モールド
電子部品。
