この発明は車両用エンジンに使用される燃料フ
イルタのボデーとカバーとを一体に組付けるため

を固定すると共に上型治具4′の上方には数個の
ゴム製保持具5a′を内装した位置決め治具5′を
ボルト6′により連結し、上記の嵌め込み孔4
a′に、入口パイプp1を上にしてボデーAを下方か
ら差し込み、そして入口パイプp1の先端を位置決
め治具5′のゴム製保持具5a′に嵌め込んで、ボ
デーAの開口部のフランジA1の背部周縁が上型
治具4′の嵌め込み孔4a′の周辺部に圧接するよ
うにして、ボデーAを垂下状態に支持し、この状
態で可動台2′を下降させ、ボデーAにより過

ーは自重によつてそのフランジ周縁が嵌挿孔の周
縁に密接し、且つ溶着時にもそのフランジ周面は
位置決めピンによつて支持されるので下型治具か
らの浮き上りや傾きが防止され、溶着不良を招く
