Claims (1)
- 圧力流体を供給する一次流路と負荷側へ接続す
る二次流路間を連通しその連通途中に供給弁座を
形成の第１連通路と、二次流路と低圧側へ接続す
る排出流路間を連通しその連通途中に排出弁座を
形成の第２連通路とを弁本体内に設け、第１連通
路の供給弁座にばね力により付勢して供給弁体を
着離自在に配設すると共に、供給弁体をばね力に
抗して押圧自在にし第２連通路の排出弁座に排出
弁体を着離自在に配設し、排出弁体の供給弁体と
対向する端部に回転を軸方向移動に変換する変換
手段を設け、変換手段を電気信号に応じて正逆回
転作動するステツピングモータの出力軸に連結し
、ステツピングモータを二次流路の検出圧力によ
り電気信号と設定圧力による電気信号との偏差に
応じて作動させて供給弁体と排出弁体とを強制操
作し二次流路の流体圧力を制御自在に設けて成る
圧力制御弁装置。
