BACKGROUND ART In dental treatment, it is widely practiced to use syringes such as vacuum syringes and three-way syringes by suspending them from syringe holders installed on the treatment table or in accompanying equipment around the treatment table.
Such syringe holders include those in which the holder part can be moved between the side of the treatment table and the spittoon, and those in which the holder part is rotatably attached to a support shaft fixed to the back plate or head rest of the treatment table. There are some devices that are designed so that the suspended syringe is always oriented vertically regardless of the undulations of the syringe. By the way, the vacuum syringe and three-way syringe mentioned above are generally located on the assistant's side, and are used when the surgeon is alone in the absence of an assistant and operates the syringe alone, or when performing prosthetic treatment with the back plate erect. In this case, the direction in which the syringe is removed from the syringe holder will be approximately 180 degrees different from the direction in which the syringe is removed from the syringe holder. Even if you can move
At the 180° rotation position, the holder is turned upside down, so
It was not possible to suspend the syringe, which often caused inconvenience.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a rear view of a treatment table on which a typical syringe holder of the present invention is adopted, Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the portion lined in Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 2 is a sectional view taken along the line in FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a plan view showing an example of a mode of use, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line shown in FIG. 4. That is, the present invention is a syringe holder installed on a dental treatment table or its ancillary equipment, in which at least one hanger block unit 2 is held directly or indirectly on the dental treatment table or its ancillary equipment. The block unit 2 includes a cylindrical syringe holding structure 21 having the same diameter and extending perpendicularly to the support shaft 1. A syringe locking protrusion 211 is formed along the circumferential direction at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction on the inner circumferential wall of the holding groove 21, so that the syringe can be suspended even when the block unit 2 is turned upside down. A sensor 3 is built into at least one of the block units 2, and the detection end 31 of the sensor 3 is disposed at an appropriate position on the protrusion 211, and the wiring or piping of the sensor 3 is connected to the hollow support shaft 1. A dental syringe holder characterized in that the dental syringe holder is connected to a sensor medium supply source and a power source for supplying a syringe working medium through the interior of the dental syringe holder. FIG. 1 shows an example of a dental treatment table in which the syringe holder of the present invention is used for a vacuum syringe or a three - way syringe. The shaft 1 is held, and the support arm A 2 is located on the left upper rear surface of the back plate A 1 and is rotatable in a parallel plane area of the back plate A 1 . Further, the syringes A 3 and A 3 to be suspended on the syringe holder are connected to flexible hoses A 4 and A 4 led out from the lower part of the back plate A 1 . As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the syringe holder 10 according to the present invention includes a hollow support shaft 1 connected and fixed to the support arm A2 , and two hanger blocks held in parallel to the support shaft 1. 2,2
These two hanger block units 2, 2 are constructed by springs 22, 22 built into the block units 2, 2, respectively, with respect to grooves 11, 11 provided around the circumferential body of the support shaft 1. Due to the force-contact locking of the biased swing pins 23, 23, the angle of rotation around the support shaft 1 is at least 180° (in the example shown).
It can be rotated (360°) and stopped at any position, and is prevented from coming off in the axial direction. Moreover, the hanger block unit 2,
2 are formed with cylindrical syringe holding grooves 21, 21 of the same diameter that match the shapes of the various syringes to be used, and a circumferential groove is formed on the inner circumferential wall of the holding grooves 21, 21 at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction. A protrusion 211 for locking the syringe is formed along the syringe, thereby allowing the syringe to be suspended even if the block units 2, 2 are turned upside down by rotation around the support shaft 1. (See Figures 4 and 5). Further, a sensor 3 is built into one of the block units 2, 2, and a detection end 31 of the sensor 3 is connected to the protrusion 2.
It is disposed so as to be flush with the peripheral surface of 11 or to slightly protrude from it. The sensor 3 in the figure shows a photo sensor, and the lead wire 3 led out from the sensor 3
2 and 32 pass through the hollow part of the support shaft 1 and further through the back plate A1 of the treatment table A to a power source (not shown) and a syringe working medium supply power source (not shown).
Here, if syringe A 3 is a vacuum syringe,
This supply power source is a vacuum pump, and when the vacuum syringe is suspended from the block unit 2 that incorporates the sensor 3, the electric signal from the sensor 3 turns the vacuum pump OFF.
On the other hand, when the syringe A 3 is removed for use, the electric signal from the sensor 3 turns on the vacuum pump. Note that the sensor 3 is not limited to a photo sensor, and may be, for example, an electrical sensor using a limit switch, a pneumatic sensor using air pressure, or the like. Furthermore, regarding the block unit 2 that incorporates the sensor 3,
As mentioned above, the lead wires 32, 32 from the sensor 3
is led out of the system through the hollow part of the support shaft 1, so in order to prevent the lead wires 32, 32 from being cut due to twisting, for example, a protrusion (protrusion) is provided at the bottom of the groove 11 of the support shaft 1 as appropriate. It is desirable to provide a stopper for the swing pin 23 to prevent excessive rotation of the block unit 2.

When the syringe holder 10 having the above configuration is adopted, for example, in a dental treatment table A as shown in FIG. axis 1
Various syringes A 3 , A 3 can be suspended in an easy-to-handle position by rotating the block units 2 , 2 as appropriate around the support shaft 1 , and even in a position where the block units 2 , 2 are rotated 180° around the support shaft 1 , the syringes A 3 , A 3 can be suspended in a position that is easy to handle. Since A 3 can be suspended, it is useful for surgeons who perform treatment at the 6 to 9 o'clock position when an assistant is absent or when performing treatment with the back plate A 1 erect during prosthetic treatment. The syringes A 3 and A 3 , which are 180 degrees opposite to the normal suspension position, are extremely convenient to handle. Also,
One of the block units 2, 2 has a built-in sensor 3 and is linked to the power source for supplying the syringe working medium, so that the ON/OFF operation of the syringe A 3 causes the syringe A 3 to be suspended and detached from the block unit 2. This will be done at the same time, contributing to automation of the treatment work of the surgeon and assistants. Moreover,
Since the wiring and the like for the sensor 3 are inserted through the hollow support shaft 1, a simple appearance is maintained and there is no obstacle to the suspension and removal of the syringe.
Furthermore, as shown in Figure 1, the support shaft 1 is attached to the support arm A2 rotatably held on the back of the back plate A1 , and the syringes A3 , A3 are led out from the bottom of the back plate A1 . When the syringe holder 10 is not in use, it can be connected to the flexible hoses A 4 and A 4 attached to the back plate.
It can be stored on the back of the syringe holder 10 so as not to obstruct the operator's work, and the system centered on the treatment table A has been made more compact. It also greatly contributes to the establishment of smooth treatment work by assistants.

The above-mentioned syringe holder 10 is not limited to the upper left rear surface of the back plate A1 as shown in FIG. It is possible to provide one, and it is selected as appropriate depending on the mode of use. It is also obvious that the number of hanger block units can be increased depending on the type of syringe used, and that each unit can have a built-in sensor.
