Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ステータ８のコイル部１０に対して面対向に
設置された永久ロータ磁石２３を、ロータ７に設
け、かつ、該永久ロータ磁石２３に所定角度θで
スキユー着磁を施したことを特徴とする直流モー
タ。 ２ 永久ロータ磁石２３の磁極の境目１６を径方
向傾斜直線又は曲線として、そのスキユー着磁角
度θを０°とならない所定値に設定した請求項１
記載の直流モータ。 ３ ステータ８の歯数をＰ、歯長をとした場合
に、スキユー着磁角度θを、 ０＜θ≦ｔａｎ−１２πＰ・ｌとなるよう
にうに設定した請求項１記載の直流モータ。 ４ ステータ８の各テイースＴ…の先端面１４…
又は内周面１８…に対面して設けられる永久主ロ
ータ磁石１２と、該ステータ８のコイル部１０に
対して軸心方向から近接して設けられる永久副ロ
ータ磁石１３とを、ロータ７が備え、さらに、該
副ロータ磁石１３の着磁が所定角度θでスキユー
していることを特徴とする直流モータ。 ５ 副ロータ磁石１３の磁極の境目１６を径方向
傾斜直線又は曲線として、そのスキユー着磁角度
θを０°とならない所定値に設定した請求項４記
載の直流モータ。 ６ ステータ８の歯数をＰ、歯長をとした場合
に、スキユー着磁角度θを、 ０＜θ≦ｔａｎ−１２πＰ・ｌとなるよう
にうに設定した請求項４記載の直流モータ。
