前記レーザ光走査面内に配設された被測定物を当
該レーザ光走査面部分を中心として揺動せしめ且
つこれを支持する支持手段と、前記被測定物によ
り生じるレーザ光しやへい領域の大小を検出しこ
れを電気信号に変換する信号検出手段と、この信
号検出手段から出力されるレーザ光しやへい領域
に係る測定値の大小を順次算定する測定値算出手
段と、この測定値算定手段から順次出力される測
定値情報の最小値を選定し出力する最小値演算手
段と、この最小値演算手段から出力される測定値
を表示する表示手段とを設けたことを特徴とする
