排水管を示す斜面図である。 １は受具、４は排出口、５はコツプ体、５ｂは
膨起部、５ｃは底面、５ｄは溢水窓、６は目皿、
７は流出路、８は案内筒、８″は下端、９は封水
路、１０は排水管、１０ｂは椀状部、１０′は外
端部、１１は流水路。
２図は第１図Ａ−Ａ線の断面図、第３図は従来の
排水管を示す斜面図である。 １は受具、４は排出口、５はコツプ体、５ｂは
膨起部、５ｃは底面、５ｄは溢水窓、６は目皿、
７は流出路、８は案内筒、８″は下端、９は封水
路、１０は排水管、１０ｂは椀状部、１０′は外
端部、１１は流水路。
Claims (1)
- 上部に目皿を備え、下部を排水口とした受具内
へ、上周壁に溢水窓を設け、かつ底面中央に膨起
部を形成したコツプ体を収容して上記溢水窓と排
水口を、受具とコツプ体との間の流出路を介して
連通させ、このコツプ体内に該コツプ体との間に
封水路を設けた状態で下方部を適宜深さとして案
内筒を挿入せしめ、さらにこの案内筒の内部へ、
下端部を外側周上方へ凹円弧状に弯曲させること
により下端に椀状部を形成した排水管を周囲に流
水路を設けた状態で上記椀状部を案内筒の下端と
コツプ体底面との間に位置させ、かつ該椀状部の
外端縁を前記封水路の下方部中間位置に臨ませて
挿入したことを特徴とする洗濯機用排水器。
