て前記シートベルトリトラクタが車体トンネルを
跨ぐようにして取り付けられる構造において、車
体トンネル上面形状に合つた下面を有するブラケ
ツトを車体トンネル上面に取り付け、前記サイド
ブラケツトそれぞれを車体トンネル側面にボルト
止めするとともに、前記ブラケツトにボルト止め
したことを特徴とするシートベルトリトラクタの
