    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属板と、この金属板のいずれか一方の主表面
    に形成された絶縁層と、この絶縁層上に形成され
    た導電パターンとからなる取付台を備え、この取
    付台が搭載部と、この搭載部の両端縁が下方に折
    り曲げられて形成された脚部とこの脚部が折り曲
    げられて形成された取付部とからなり、前記搭載
    部に両端部に端子電極が形成されたチツプ型正特
    性サーミスタを搭載するとともに、チツプ型正特
    性サーミスタの端子電極を前記導電パターンにそ
    れぞれ固定したことを特徴とする面実装正特性サ
    ーミスタ。
