Claims (1)
- 内部に加熱室を形成したキヤビテイ本体の一壁
面を構成する放熱板と、該放熱板の外側に配設さ
れ前記加熱室内の食品を加熱する平面ヒータと、
該ヒータの外側に設けられ前記放熱板との間で前
記ヒータを挾持する補強板とを備え、前記放熱板
及び補強板をそれぞれ全体が前記ヒータ側へ突出
する山形に形成した電気加熱装置。
