The shape is punched out from a flexible original plate 02. The original plate 02 on which the blank 03 was formed by punching out the flexible die-cut part O1 and the material of the part punched out to form the hollow part 04 in the flexible die-cut part 01 were scrapped. It was abandoned as.

For this reason, improvements have been made to the arrangement of blanks according to the desired shape of use, for example by alternately reversing the top and bottom, to improve the yield, but there is a limit to the improvement in yield by devising the arrangement of blanks. Other effective processing methods were desired.

素材の変形加工方法である。Means for Solving the Problems The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and involves processing a flexible die-cut part by punching a flexible material original plate into a die-cut shape that is a modified form of the desired use shape. In addition, by pulling the flexible die-cut part at a predetermined position and attaching it while deforming it to the use shape, the die-cutting yield from the original plate of the flexible material is improved. This is a method for deforming a flexible material.

The flexible die-cut part (■) is die-cut into a desired shape from a flexible material original plate 2 such as a foamed foam material, and the shape in actual use, that is, in this example, the shape shown in FIG. As shown in Fig. 2, the die-cut shape (
The flexible die-cut part 1 (see FIG. 1) was processed. Therefore, in the shape of this embodiment, the blanks 3 formed on the original plate 2 after punching out the flexible die-cut part I are shortened especially in the vertical direction, so that the number of blanks 3 arranged can be increased. When using this flexible die-cut part 1, pull the corner parts 1 and d in the direction of the arrow to transform it into a flexible die-cut part 1 in the shape to be used, and leave it in the deformed state. Install and use. Note that 4 indicates a hollow portion of the flexible die-cut part l.

The packing 5 is made of flexible neoprene single foam. It is punched out from a sponge rubber base plate, and is attached to the back of the rear lamp 6 while being pressed against the vehicle body 7 to seal the rear lamp mounting part.

Many products can be obtained, yields can be improved, and inexpensive products can be provided. The method of deforming a flexible material according to the present invention is not only applicable to flexible die-cut parts that are used in a tightly clamped state such as packing, but also to deforming the flexible material from the die-cut shape by adhesion or other methods. It is also effective for flexible die-cut parts that can maintain their used shape. In addition, if the dimensions of the used shape of the packing shown in Fig. 5 are 189 iz in length and 22411 in width, only 20 products could be obtained from one original sheet using the conventional processing method, but with the present invention. The processing method makes it possible to produce 24 products, resulting in an approximately 20% increase in yield.
