〔技術分野〕
本発明は補強された木質ラケツトの一次フレー
ムの製造方法に関し、特に木質と繊維で強化され
たプラスチツクとをサンドイツチ状にモールド成
型することによつて量産し、製造工程を大いに単
純化できるようにした木質ラケツトの一次フレー

との特性を兼ねたものがあるが、量産性の向上と
製造工程の単純化の点について克服すべき問題が
多々存在する。

と、打貫き成形及び補強シートの貼付後のはみ出
し縁の修正時に繊維がよく短く切れるために補強

にも補強シートは、事前に成形された後、ラケツ
トフレーム材の素地面に貼付されるという手順に
よるため、製造工程が煩雑化し、その上、接着材
の塗布、バリ取り、研摩仕上げ等に手間がとられ
て不都合であると共に、その未硬化のシートはラ
ケツト素地面の実際面積より必要以上の見込代を
要して歩留りが良好でないことを云うまでもな
く、成形時の加熱、加圧及びラケツトフレーム材
の素地面への貼付加圧等の機械設備をも必要とな
り、コスト高となり、更に、前記の製造方法に見
られるように補強効果が低減するという不都合も

し所要のラケツト一次フレームに仕上げる製造方

を凹設したモールド型枠11,12を設け;
B 未硬化の熱硬化性樹脂を浸漬したグラフアイ
ト繊維の生シート材を裁断して細長いテープ状
のシート14に形成し;
C 前記テープ状のシート14を型12及び型1
1よりなる前記成形キヤビテイ13内に敷い
て、硬化後は全面的に1mm前後の厚さの強化層
となるようにし;
D 前記補強シート14面に接着剤を塗布し;
E 巳にラケツトフレームの形状に加工形成され
た木質フレーム素材21を、サンドイツチ状に
二つの型枠11,12の間に挾み、前記フレー
ム素材21をして成型キヤビテイ13内に、表
面から約1〜2mm前後の深さに嵌入せしめ;
F 前記素材21と型枠11,12とを一諸に同
時に多数を第2図に示すように夫々の加圧加熱
機30の挾圧棚31に置き、圧力を加えながら
加熱し、前記補強シートが熱硬化してラケツト
フレーム素材21の素地面に接着させ、ラケツ
トフレームの一次製品に形成させ;最後には
G 前記一次製品40を取出し、バリを除き仕上
げ研摩を加え、次の穴開きや把柄部加工に所要
の木質ラケツトの一次フレームに仕上げられ

て、従来の製造法に見るような不整や反りがなく
なり、成品歩留の向上に寄与することができた。
又、補強シート材の厚さは木質ラケツト部の素材
に応じてどのようにも加減できるので、オーバウ
エートや不良率も著しく低い製造工程としても、
従来にない著しい効果を奏するものである。

両モールド型枠間に挾んでおき、これを加熱加圧
することによつて補強シート材を、前記木質ラケ
ツトフレーム材の素地面に接触すると共に熱硬化
してラケツトフレームの一次製品に形成させ、そ
の後、それを型枠から取出しバリを除去し、仕上
げ研摩をして所要のラケツト一次フレームに仕上
げることを特徴とする補強された木質ラケツトの
一次フレームの製造法。1.
