たプラスチツクとをサンドイツチ状にモールド成
型することによつて量産し、製造工程を大いに単
純化できるようにした木質ラケツトの一次フレー
ム製造方法に関するものである。

製造工程の単純化の点について克服すべき問題が
多々存在する。

要して歩留りが良好でないことを云うまでもな
く、成形時の加熱、加圧及びラケツトフレーム材
の素地面への貼付加圧等の機械設備をも必要とな
り、コスト高となり、更に、前記の製造方法に見
られるように補強効果が低減するという不都合も
あつた。

ケツトの一次フレームの製造方法を提供せんとす
ることにある。

ム素材21をして成型キヤビテイ13内に、表
面から約1〜2mm前後の深さに嵌入せしめ; F 前記素材21と型枠11,12とを一諸に同
時に多数を第2図に示すように夫々の加圧加熱
機30の挾圧棚31に置き、圧力を加えながら
加熱し、前記補強シートが熱硬化してラケツト
フレーム素材21の素地面に接着させ、ラケツ
トフレームの一次製品に形成させ;最後には G 前記一次製品40を取出し、バリを除き仕上
げ研摩を加え、次の穴開きや把柄部加工に所要
の木質ラケツトの一次フレームに仕上げられ

又、補強シート材の厚さは木質ラケツト部の素材
に応じてどのようにも加減できるので、オーバウ
エートや不良率も著しく低い製造工程としても、
従来にない著しい効果を奏するものである。

一次フレームの製造法。
