Claims (1)
- １次側励振部を数十から百層の縦効果歪みを生
じる多層積層形圧電セラミツク素子とし、２次側
発電部を単層又は数層の圧電セラミツク素子とし
て成る積層形圧電トランス素子であつて、１次側
素子と２次側素子を積層して焼成一体化したこと
を特徴とした積層形圧電トランス素子。
