(7) The osteosynthesis plate according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the strength substrate and the gripping and fixing projections have surfaces coated with ceramics. (8) The osteosynthesis plate according to claim 7, wherein the ceramic is a calcium phosphate ceramic. (9) The osteosynthesis plate according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the calcium phosphate ceramic is coated by plasma spraying or flame spraying.
