Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 互いに硬度の異なる材料により挿通部材と受
け部材とを設け、挿通部材にテーパ軸を、受け部
材に前記テーパ軸よりも大径のテーパ孔をそれぞ
れ形成し、テーパ軸とテーパ孔とのテーパは、硬
度の高い一方の部材のテーパを小さく、硬度の小
さい他方のテーパを大きく形成し、硬度の高い資
材により前記テーパ軸に沿うテーパ内周面と前記
テーパ孔に沿うテーパ外周面とを有する筒状のピ
ースを設け、該ピースを介在させて前記テーパ軸
とテーパ孔とを嵌合させたことを特徴とする硬度
の異なる部材のテーパ嵌合装置。 ２ 前記ピースの少なくとも内周面と外周面とに
絶縁性の皮膜を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１
項記載の硬度の異なる部材のテーパ嵌合装置。 ３ 前記ピースは少なくとも一方の軸方向端部の
外周を段状に小径に形成してその略全表面に絶縁
性の皮膜を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１項記
載の硬度の異なる部材のテーパ嵌合装置。
