た、前記焜炉主体の操作部は該焜炉主体を収容す
る金枠の切欠部を通じ該金枠の外側に突出させる
とともに該切欠部には前記操作部の上方を覆う遮
蔽板を着脱自在に嵌着したことを特徴とするもの
である。

該金枠9に設けた切欠部10を通じ前記操作部7
を該金枠9の外側に突出させている。さらに、前

作部7の上方を覆う遮蔽板11を着脱自在に嵌着
している。なお、前記遮蔽板11は図示のもにお
いては、切欠部10に面する弯曲垂下部11cか
ら操作部7の上方に亘つて続かせた先端を若干上
向きの指掛部11bとした庇部11aよりなるも
のとしてている。また、図中、12はガスマニホ
ールド、13は焜炉主体8の脚、14は金枠9の
脚である。

している他方の混合管部4bは該バーナ室2が小
径であるためにこれまた操作部7に続く手前側を
長く突出させる必要がなく、前記一方の混合管部
4aと操作部7において引揃えることができるも
のである。しかして、前記の結果、混合管4の手
前側の操作部7は二重環状バーナ1に接近するこ
ととなるが、該操作部7を外側に突出させている
金枠9の切欠部10から操作部7の上方を覆う遮
蔽板11が使用時に生じる煮こぼれを遮断するこ
とによつて操作部7が汚れたり目詰りによりその
機能を低下することはなく、また、前記切欠部1
0に着脱自在とした遮蔽板11は金枠9から取外
して随時清掃することも容易なものである。

き、しかも、二重環状バーナに接近した操作部は
煮こぼれによる汚れや目詰まりを生じる虞れのな
いものであつて、従来の業務用の大型のガス焜炉
の問題点を解決したものとしてその実用的価値は
極めて大なものである。
