イヤＡの外周面にフイツト接合されるタイヤ当板
部４ｂ及び自動車タイヤＡの内側外周縁部に掛止
めされる係止板部４ｃを有し前記タイヤ当板部４
ｂにタイヤ滑止め突起５を設けると共に足板部４
ａにフツク係止孔６を穿設した複数個の滑止め金
具４と、この各滑止め金具４をタイヤ外周部に締
着すべくリング中心方向に牽引する強い弾性力を
