。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A liquid flow sensing sensor having the following configurations (a) to (h). (a) It consists of a water passage, an inlet for introducing liquid into the water passage from the outside, and an outlet for leading the liquid out of the water passage. (b) The flow channel consists of a water stop part and a liquid relief part, which are directly connected. (c) The water stop part has a hollow cylindrical shape. (d) There is a ball inside the waterway, and the ball is structured so that it can move freely within the waterway. (e) The size of the ball is approximately the same as the inner diameter of the water stop, but the diameter of the ball is smaller than the inner diameter of the water stop to allow the ball to move freely within the water stop. . (f) There is a ball stop on the inlet side of the water stop section. (g) The liquid relief part has a structure in which a part larger than the inner diameter surface of the water stop part is provided, and the liquid is led out to the outlet through a gap between this part and the ball. There are cases where the structure is such that the liquid is led out to the outlet. (h) The outlet of the liquid relief section shall have a part smaller than the diameter of the ball, and the ball cannot move out of the water passage. (2) The core direction of the water stop part is oriented almost vertically, and the inlet is provided on the lower side of the water passage, and the liquid is allowed to flow upward from the lower side of the water passage. If there is no inflow of liquid, The liquid flow sensing sensor according to item (1), wherein the liquid flow sensor is configured such that when the ball falls due to its own weight at a stop and liquid flows in, the ball is pushed up to the liquid relief part. (3) A ball is always pressed by a spring from the end of the water passageway on the outflow side at the movement stop of the water stop part, and when liquid flows in, the ball is pushed by the liquid to the liquid relief part. The liquid flow sensing sensor described in paragraph (1). (4) The liquid flow sensation described in item (1), wherein the ball is made of metal, a coil is wound around the outside of the water passage, and this coil is connected to an oscillation circuit so that the oscillation frequency changes as the ball moves. knowledge sensor. (5) The liquid flow sensor according to item (1), wherein the water passageway or a part thereof is transparent, and the movement of the ball is detected from the transparent part by a photoelectric device.
