Claims (1)
所定間隔を開けて所定位置に移転あるいは前記と
逆移転させるローダーを有する素材供給装置にお
いて、ローダーが、素材を吸着支持する機構を供
えた複数個の吸着ヘツドが水平移動自在に吊支さ
れ、各吸着ヘツドの配列方向に立設して他端を隣
接吸着ヘツドの貫通孔に挿通自在に係合する連結
ピンにて連結され、さらに、吸着ヘツドのうち伸
縮ロツド最先端のものがロツドに、同最後端のも
のがローダーヘツドに固着され、ロツド伸長時に
吸着ヘツド間の離間距離をピン長さに制限するこ
