本実施例によるフィルム塗抹装置は、図に示す如く、ロ
ール上に巻き取られたフィルム1の両面を挟み込んで搬

塗抹するエンドレスな試料移動コンベアー7と、モータ
ー3の回動により矢印B方向に上下駆動され、前記フィ
ルム1を押さえ具8の位置で該コンベアー7に押しつけ
る塗抹ローラ4と、塗抹されたフィルム1を送りローラ
14及び15により図示しないフィルム染色装置に搬送
するモーター16と、試料移動コンベアー7に血液19
を滴下する滴下機構23と、試料塗抹後のコンベアー7
に洗浄液を噴出して洗浄を行う洗浄機構12と、該洗浄
機構12による洗浄液を回収する回収部20と、ローラ
11を回転駆動してコンベアー7を移動させるモーター
10と、前記塗抹ローラ4と送りローラ14との間で塗
抹試料22の乾燥を行う乾燥用ファン13と、前記モー
ター3,10.16及び滴下機構23の駆動を制御する

を約5111m引き上げた状態で再びコンベアー7を次
の突起9の検出位置まで移動し1滴下機構23による血
液19の滴下、塗抹ローラ4の下降、モーター16によ
るフィルム1の搬送を行う、このコンベアー7の搬送に
よりフィルム1上の血液19が塗抹ローラ4の下に達す
ると前記モーター3の駆動により塗抹ローラ4をフィル
ム1上の血液21に接触させつつフィルム1をコンベア
ー7と角度θ(約30度)で矢印C方向に速度7 m
766cで搬送することにより、血液21をフィルム1
に高品質で塗抹する。この血液が塗抹されたフィルム1
は乾燥用ファン13により乾燥された後、モーター16
