整回路と、 前記調整電圧が前記定電圧ダイオードの降伏電
圧を越えるとオン状態に切換わつて前記パワトラ
ンジスタをオフ状態に切換えるドライバトランジ
スタと、 を備えたボルテージレギユレータにおいて、 前記発生電圧調整回路は外気温が高い状態で調
整電圧を下げ、かつ外気温が低い状態で調整電圧
を上げる感温抵抗を備えたことを特徴とするボル
