Claims (1)
- キヤピラリと、このキヤピラリを垂直に保持す
るホーンと、このホーンをその軸心線を中心に回
転自在に保持するホルダーとを備え、このキヤピ
ラリの下端部を基板に圧接することにより、この
キヤピラリに通されたワイヤを基板に圧着したう
えで切断するようにしたキヤピラリの保持装置に
おいて、上記ホーンを、長孔が形成されたカラー
を介して上記ホルダーの装着孔に装着するととも
に、このホルダーに偏心ピンを回転自在に装着し
、かつこのピンの下端部を上記長孔に嵌入させる
ことにより、この偏心ピンの回転操作により上記
キヤピラリの角度を調整自在としたことを特徴と
するワイヤボンダーにおけるキヤピラリの保持装
置。
