  1. スペーサエキスパンダと、上レール及び下レー
    ルとを有する内燃機関用ピストンリングにおいて
    、ピストン及びシリンダーに装着時前記上レール
    の合い口及び前記下レールの合い口が前記スペー
    サエキスパンダの合い口から９０゜以上離れた位
    置に配置されていることを特徴とするピストンリ
    ング。
