出し急速充電手段を動作させる充電開始手段と、
充電休止手段による充電休止の間において、蓄電
池の端子電圧が満充電電圧以上であるか否かを判
定することとにより蓄電池の満充電状態を検出す
るとともに、蓄電池が満充電状態であれば補充電
手段を動作させる一方、満充電状態でなければ急
速充電手段を動作させる充電選択手段とを備えた
