Here, the civil engineering construction crosspiece joint is a crosspiece assembly formed by connecting at least one horizontal crosspiece and one vertical crosspiece at right angles or at an angle to each other, and is attached to the inside or outside of a building. This refers to items installed around building sites, parks, playgrounds, factories, etc., or along roads, rivers, etc., such as window rails, stair rails, balcony rails, bridge rails, etc. handrails, window lattices, lattices, partition lattices, etc., pastures, farms, flower beds, lawns, roads, rivers,
This includes partitions or protective fences for ponds, lakes, etc., fences for ditches outside buildings, fences, etc.

Therefore, after the horizontal frame and the vertical frame are fitted and joined, a part of the horizontal frame is forcefully deformed to protrude into a flat shape, and this deformed protrusion is engaged with the receiving hole of the vertical frame to prevent the vertical frame from being pulled out. Fixation was suggested.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] This caulking fixing method does not particularly require fixing members such as screws, so the material cost is low, and the fixing work does not require much time and effort. The plating and painting of the parts were considerably damaged, leading to rust and corrosion at the joints.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to fit and fix the product without hitting the product surface at all, so there is no rust or corrosion of the joint due to damage to the plating or paint, and the joint strength is maintained at a high level over a long period of time. To provide a joining structure for a jointed crosspiece for civil engineering and construction, which requires no fixing members, so the material cost is low, and the fixing work does not require much time and effort.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Hereinafter, using the reference numerals in the attached drawings, the joint structure of the civil engineering construction crosspiece joint of the present invention is as follows:
A protruding piece 2 is provided on one member 1 of the two members 1 and 4 that are joined in a cross-sectional manner, and the protruding piece 2 has a vertical groove 3a opened at the distal end surface 2a of the protruding piece, and a vertical groove 3a.
A lateral groove 3b continuous to the side of the proximal end, and a lateral protrusion 3c arranged between the protruding piece tip surface 2a and the lateral groove 3b.
The distance between the vertical groove 3a and the innermost end of the horizontal groove 3b is made equal to the width between the pair of side walls 4a, 4b of the other member 4, and the depth of the vertical groove 3a is made equal to the height of the protruding piece 2. The side wall 4a of the member 4 fitted in the vertical groove 3a of the protruding piece 2 has a depth equal to that of the protruding piece 2.
A vertical groove 6a having a height equal to the height of The side wall 4b of the member 4 is provided with a vertical groove 5 into which the protruding piece 2 is fitted, and the depth of the vertical groove 5 is made equal to the height of the protruding piece 2.
The partition wall portion 6b of the member 4 is fitted into the horizontal groove 3b of the member 4, and the protruding portion 3c of the protruding piece 2 is fitted into the horizontal groove 3b of the member 4.
The side wall 4b of the member 4 is fitted into the vertical groove 6a of the protruding piece 2 at the base end portions of both groove walls of the vertical groove 5.
It is partially inserted into the

[Operation] In this joining structure, the vertical groove 5 of the member 4 is fitted to the protruding piece 2 while the vertical groove 3a of the protruding piece 2 is fitted to the side wall 4a of the member 4. Thereafter, by laterally moving the member 4 along the protruding piece 2, the partition wall portion 6b of the member 4 is fitted into the lateral groove 3b of the protruding piece 2, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4. , the horizontal protrusion 3c of the protruding piece 2 is fitted into the vertical groove 6a of the member 4. Thereafter, by squeezing the side wall 4b of the member 4 from the width direction, the side wall 4b of the member 4 is pressed vertically to the protruding piece 2 at the base end portions of both groove walls of the vertical groove 5, as shown in FIG. It is partially fitted into the groove 3a.

Thus, the movement of the member 4 to separate from the member 1 in the direction perpendicular to the member 1 is caused by the engagement between the lateral groove 3b of the protruding piece 2 and the partition wall portion 6b of the member 4, and the engagement between the lateral protrusion 3c of the protruding piece 2 and the member. This is prevented by the engagement with the vertical groove 6a of No.4. Further, the movement of the member 4 to shift laterally along the member 1 is caused by the vertical groove 5 of the member 4.
This is prevented by the engagement between the proximal end portions of both groove walls and the vertical groove 3a of the protruding piece 2. That is, the member 1 and the member 4 are connected to each other, and have sufficient joint strength as a crosspiece joint for civil engineering and construction such as handrails.

[Embodiment] In the illustrated embodiment, the side wall 4a of one member 4 is provided with a cut groove portion 6c opened at its end face on an extension of the vertical groove 6a across the partition wall portion 6b, and this is formed into a horizontal groove. Since it is engaged with the protruding piece portion below 3b, the other member 4 stands upright on one member 1 with good stability. Incidentally, such a cut groove portion may be eliminated and the lateral groove 3b may be completely opened to the base end of the protruding piece.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the joint structure of the invention is fixed by fitting using the vertical grooves and horizontal grooves of the protruding pieces.
Since the surface of the product is not hit hard, the plating or coating will not be damaged, and the joint strength can be maintained over a long period of time. In addition, since no fixing members such as screws or rivets are used, material costs can be reduced, and since all the joining work is a simple mating operation, the fastening work can be done easily with less labor, reducing joining costs. It is.
