Claims (1)

比較しその判別信号を出力する比較器を設け、ガ
スレンジにつながつているガスホースのバルブを
開閉するバルブ駆動装置と、前記比較器からの信
号により天ぷら油の温度が所定の高温になつたこ
とを検知するとバルブ駆動装置にバルブを閉じさ
せる信号を出力するバルブ制御回路と、ガスレン
ジに鍋を置いたことを検知する鍋検出装置と、鍋
検出装置からの信号により各回路を作動可能にす
る電源制御回路とを設けたことを特徴とする天ぷ
ら火災防止装置。 2 上記赤外線センサーの前に設けられた窓に、
剥離交換自在の赤外線透過フイルムを設けたこと

置と、鍋検出装置からの信号により各回路を作動
可能にする電源制御回路と、上記赤外線センサー
の前に設けられた窓の外側に剥離交換自在にはり
付けられた赤外線透過フイルムと、この赤外線透
過フイルムの内側に設けられ赤外線透過フイルム
の透過率を検知するフオトセンサーと、このフオ
トセンサーの出力を所定の基準値と比較する第2
の比較器と、第2の比較器の出力によりフオトセ
ンサーの出力が一定値以下になつたことを検知す
ると作動する表示素子とを設けたことを特徴とす
