Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 回転多面鏡型光偏向器の定速回転制御系にお
ける回転速度出力信号に用いられる電動機駆動用
磁石がＰ極で、一方回転速度信号出力用磁石がＰ
極或いは２Ｐ極の時において、前記回転速度出力
信号の時間誤差が最小となる様に、所定の電動機
ロータの回転方向に従つて電動機駆動用磁石（メ
イン磁石）と回転速度信号出力用磁石（ＦＧ磁石
）相互の回転方向における着磁位相を一致させた
ことを特徴とする光偏向器。 ２ 前記メイン磁石とＦＧ磁石の相互着磁位相は
電動機ロータの回転方向に従つて前記位相を反転
させたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の光偏向器
。 ３ 前記メイン磁石とＦＧ磁石は、それぞれプラ
スチツクマグネツトにより一体に形成したことを
特徴とする請求項１記載の光偏向器。
