Claims (1)

板及び可動弁板を筒状のハウジングに収納すると
共に前記固定弁板をコイルスプリングによつて前
記可動弁板側へ付勢し、更に前記固定弁板に係合
して回転を規制する回り止め具を前記ハウジング
