Claims (1)
- 走行する帯状体の下面に流体を噴射して前記帯
状体を非接触の状態で支持し、かつその走行方向
を転換させるベンドフロータにおいて、外面に断
面円弧状のガイド面が形成され、かつ内部は前記
帯状体の移動方向に少なくとも３室に分割された
チヤンバーを有するとともに、この分割された各
チヤンバーに流体供給用の独立した配管を接続し
、各チヤンバーに対応したガイド面には流体を噴
出するためのノズルを設け、さらに前記各配管系
にはそれぞれの流体圧を調整するための調整弁を
設けたことを特徴とする複数に分割されたユニツ
トからなるベンドフロータ。
