変化したことを検出する検出手段と、定常時は前
記ビデオカメラの映像出力を前記第１の映像信号
記録装置により記録すると共に前記検出手段の出
力が得られた時に前記ビデオカメラの映像出力を
前記第２の映像信号記録装置により記録するよう
に切換える制御手段とを設けたことを特徴とする
