Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance preserving properties by providing a sliding-type door with a double construction, with a cold air passage therein, disposing a cooler in a cooling chamber provided at a bottom part of a storage chamber, and permitting cold air to flow downward from cold air outlet holes in a porous plate after passing through a cold air chamber provided at a ceiling part. CONSTITUTION:In the condition where an inner sliding door 13 and an outer sliding door 14 are closed, cold air cooled by a cooler 13 and provided with an appropriate humidity by humidifying air fed from an outlet part 19 flows through a cold air passage 5 into a cold air chamber 18. Then, the cold air flows out through cold air outlet holes 17 in a porous plate 16 into a storage chamber 11, flows downward in the chamber 11, and flows again into a cooling chamber 20 through a cold air return hole 21. A portion of the cold air entering the passage 15 flows into a hollow shelf plate 30, and similarly flows into the storage chamber 11 through cold air outlet holes 31. By the circulation of cold air, fresh foods in the storage chamber 11 is constantly surrounded by fresh humidified cold air, so that preserving properties are enhanced.

"Prior Art and its Problems" A refrigerated showcase has at least the front surface of a storage chamber made of transparent glass (transparent material) so that stored items can be seen from the outside. It is widely used to display and preserve fresh products such as seafood at a sushi restaurant, fruit at a fruit shop, and cakes at a cake shop. The cold air inside the preservation chamber is simply circulated by natural convection.

On the other hand, if cold air is directly blown onto perishable products, it will cause temperature unevenness in the perishables, which will quickly reduce their freshness.

This refrigerated showcase was filed by the applicant in the above-mentioned patent application filed in 1983.
Compared to the refrigeration system proposed in No. 298515, the sliding door has a double structure with a cold air passage between them.
and a cooler is installed in the addition/extraction chamber provided at the bottom of the storage chamber.
Through this cooling room, cold air passage, and cold air chamber in the ceiling,
The feature is that the cold air is allowed to descend through the cold air blow-off holes in the perforated plate.

In particular, if the sliding door has a double structure with a cold air passage between them, it is possible to achieve very effective circulation of cold air in a refrigerated showcase whose front surface must be made of transparent glass. At times, the cold air passing through this cold air passage acts as a kind of air curtain, suppressing temperature changes inside the storage chamber. It is desirable to install a humidifier in the cooling room to add appropriate humidity to the cool air.

This refrigerated showcase with the above configuration is configured such that when the inner sliding door 13 and the outer sliding door 14 are closed, the cooler 23 (
When the outdoor unit 25), the blower 27, and the humidifier 28 are operated, cold air that has been cooled by the cooler 23 and given appropriate humidity by humidified air from the outlet 29 flows into the cold air chamber 18 from the cold air passage 15. . And this cold air is perforated plate 1
The cold air is blown into the storage chamber 11 from the cold air blow-off hole 17 of No. 6, and after descending inside the storage chamber 11, it enters the addition/removal chamber 20 again through the cold air return hole 21. Further, a part of the cold air that has entered the cold air passage 15 enters the hollow shelf board 30 and is similarly blown out into the storage chamber 11 through the cold air blow-off hole 31, and then flows into the addition/removal chamber 20 through the cold air return hole 21. enter. Through the above circulation, storage room 11
Perishable items inside are always surrounded by fresh, humidified, cool air, improving their shelf life. In addition, it is desirable to arrange an adsorbent in the addition/removal chamber 20 to adsorb aging ripening promoting substances such as ethylene.

The size and number of the cold air blowing holes 17 of the perforated plate 16 and the cold air blowing holes 31 of the shelf board 30 are determined in consideration of the capabilities of the cooler 23 and the blower 27 so that a descending speed of this level can be obtained. Of course, the rate of descent of this cold air can be set so as to obtain the optimum preservation quality depending on the type and quantity of perishable products.

When taking out or taking out perishables in the storage room 11, the outer sliding door 14 and the inner sliding door 13 are opened.
The cold air flowing from the bottom to the top in the cold air passage 15 acts as an air curtain to prevent the cold air in the storage chamber 11 from escaping. Therefore, temperature fluctuations within the storage chamber 11 during opening and closing are only slight, and excellent temperature stability can be obtained. Sliding doors also have the advantage of not requiring a lot of space at the rear.

"Effects of the Invention" As described above, the refrigerated showcase of the present invention circulates cold air inside the storage room, and the passage for this purpose has a double structure, the cold air passage between the sliding doors on the rear side, the ceiling It is formed by a cold air chamber at the bottom of the storage chamber and a heating and cooling chamber at the bottom of the storage chamber, and the cold air added and removed in the heating and cooling chamber is circulated by a circulation means, so that fresh cold air is always supplied into the storage chamber, and perishables are kept fresh and cold. can be wrapped and held within a narrow temperature range. In addition, in the case of fruits that produce harmful substances that accelerate aging and ripening, such as ethylene, the harmful substances can be immediately removed from around the fruit, which further improves storage stability. In addition, by creating a cold air passage between the double-structure sliding doors, it is possible to prevent cold air from escaping within the storage chamber when the doors are opened.

When a shelf board is provided in the storage chamber, by making the shelf board hollow and communicating with the cold air passage and opening a cold air outlet, it is possible to further ensure the circulation of cold air within the storage chamber. If the opening area of the cold air outlet can be adjusted, it is possible to easily deal with the amount, nature, etc. of stored items.
