Abstract

PURPOSE:To inhibit the leak of noise from outdoor equipment to the indoor side by housing a ventilation fan, burner, and a heat exchanger in an independent sound absorption chamber respectively. CONSTITUTION:A ventilation fan 4 is laid out so that its suction side may be oriented to the opposite side of an indoor unit 6 in terms of outdoor equipment 5. In addition, the fan is housed in a sound absorption chamber 10a so that the sound of a motor and a piercing wind produced when the fan motor 4 is driving may be absorbed by an acoustic absorption material 11 around them. This construction lowers a noise level leaked indoors by way of a suction side ventilation air duct 6a. A burner 2 and a heat exchanger 3 are further housed in a sound absorption chamber 10b so that a fuel combustion sound of the burner 2 may be absorbed by the acoustic absorption material 11 around them. This construction also serves to lower an indoor noise level even in the case of the sound absorption chamber 10b similarly as in the case of the sound absorption chamber.

FIG. 2 is a partially sectional configuration diagram of a conventional outdoor combustion type heating device. In Fig. 2, 1 is a box-shaped outdoor unit body made of one sheet metal, 2 is a combustor, 3 is a heat exchanger attached to the combustor 2, 4 is a blower fan, and 2 is a combustor. ,
The main components are a heat exchanger 3 and a blower fan 4, which are housed in the main body 1 to form an outdoor unit 5. Further, 6 is an indoor unit provided with an inlet and an outlet 6a, 6b for heating air, and the indoor unit 6 has a population of 6.
A chamber is provided in the outdoor unit main body 1 by a suction side air passage 7a that takes in indoor air from the above-mentioned heat exchanger 3, and an outlet side air flow i1@7b that guides the warm air heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger 3 to the outlet 6b. The chamber 8 connects the heat exchanger 3 and the blower fan 4 . Next, the operation of this outdoor combustion type heating device will be explained. Indoor air taken in from the inlet 6a7') of the indoor unit 6 by the drive of the blower fan 4 whose suction side faces the indoor side passes through the suction side air passage 7a and is heated by the combustion of fuel in the combustor 2. The air is sent to the heat exchanger 3, where it undergoes heat exchange to become °C warm air, and then is blown into the room from the outlet 6b of the indoor unit 6 via the Suita side air passage 7b.

In conventional outdoor combustion type heating systems, the outdoor unit was configured as described above and no soundproofing measures were taken, so noise from the motor and wind noise generated by the drive of the blower fan and the combustion of fuel by the combustor were generated. There has been a problem in that operating noise such as sound is not absorbed within the outdoor unit body, but is directly guided indoors through the air duct, resulting in high-level noise leaking into the room. This invention was made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and by providing an outdoor unit of an outdoor combustion type heating device that can absorb operating noise, noise leaks from the outdoor unit to the indoor side. The purpose is to suppress the

In the outdoor unit of the outdoor combustion type heating device according to the present invention, the motor sound and wind noise caused by the drive of the blower fan are absorbed by the sound-absorbing material of the sound-absorbing chamber housing the blower fan, and the combustion sound from the combustor causes the combustor to heat up. By absorbing the sound by the sound-absorbing material in the sound-absorbing room housed with the exchanger, the noise leaking to the indoor unit can be suppressed.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially sectional configuration diagram of an outdoor combustion type heating apparatus equipped with an outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 1 is a box-shaped outdoor unit main body, and this main body 1 has sound absorption chambers 10a and 10b separated from each other by a partition plate 9.
A blower fan 4 is installed in the sound absorption chamber la with its suction side facing the opposite side from the indoor unit 6, contrary to conventional ones, and a combustor 2 and a heat exchanger 3 are installed in the sound absorption chamber 1b. In addition, sound absorbing materials 11 are provided on the inner surface of the sheet metal constituting the outdoor unit main body 1 and on both side plates of the partition plate 9, and the above-mentioned parts constitute an outdoor@5. In addition, 6 is an indoor unit l-16a, 6b is an inlet and an outlet of heating air provided in the indoor unit 6, 7a, 7b are suction side and blowout side air passages, and these configurations, thermal combustor 2, The configurations of the heat exchanger 3 and the blower fan 4 themselves are similar to the conventional one shown in FIG. The operation of the outdoor combustion type heating apparatus equipped with the outdoor a15 according to this embodiment configured as described above is similar to that of the conventional apparatus shown in FIG. In the outdoor unit 5 according to this embodiment, the blower fan 4 has its suction side facing the opposite side from the indoor unit 6, and is housed in a sound-absorbing chamber 10a, and the blower fan 4 is driven by the sound-absorbing material 11 around it. Since the motor noise and wind noise are absorbed, the noise level leaking into the room through the suction side air passage 6a can be reduced.Furthermore, the combustor 2 is housed in the sound absorption chamber 10b together with the heat exchanger @3, Since the combustion sound of the fuel in the combustor 2 is absorbed by the surrounding sound-absorbing material 11, even in the sound-absorbing chamber 10b, the sound-absorbing material 11 absorbs the combustion sound of the fuel in the combustor 2.
Almost the same as in the case of 0a, the noise level leaking into the room can be reduced. A comparison of the operating noise of the outdoor unit with a soundproof structure according to this embodiment and a conventional outdoor unit revealed that the air volume was approximately 3 rn'/
In the case of win and combustion amount of 3800 Kcal/hr, the example achieved a sound reduction effect of about 3 dB.
