Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a window frame and a glass from being broken, in correspondence with the large oscillation of a building due to earthquake, etc. by allowing 30-70% of the between-layer displacement quantity generated in an opened port part to be absorbed by the elastic deformation quantity accompanying the elastic deformation of a window frame and permitting 70-30% to be absorbed by the sliding displacement quantity of the slide displacement in a slip part. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of displacement following slip parts S,... are arranged at a prescribed intervals between the upper and lower frames 2 and 3 of a window frame 1, upper side part 32 of a body opened port part 14, and a lower side part 33, and the upper and lower frames 2 and 3 and the body opened port part 14 are connected so as to be relatively shiftable. Each slip part S is equipped with a connecting member 5 which has a nearly L- shaped section and is fixed onto the body 4 and a connected member 8 which is fixed onto the upper and lower frames 2 and 3 of a sash window frame 1 and extended towards the inside of a house. As for the connecting member 5 and the connected member 8, the top edge parts 9 and 30 are formed into superposed form, having slide layers 13,... interposed between the top edge parts 9 and 30, and a slot hole 10 is formed in the longitudinal direction A of the upper and lower frames 2 and 3 of the connecting member 5, and an another slot hole 11 is formed in the direction B crossing at right angles on the connected member 8, and a fixing tool 12 such as bolt is inserted into the both slot holes 10 and 11, and the connection in relatively shiftable ways is generated by the fixing tool 12.

This displacement is caused by relative movement between the upper side or lower side of the frame opening and the window frame in the displacement following sliding section.
Further, the amount of interlayer displacement is absorbed by elastically deforming the portions of the window frame other than the corner portions, that is, the upper and lower frames and the middle portions of the left and right verticals.

When a relative displacement occurs between the building frame and the window frame, in the displacement following sliding part, one of the connecting members and the connected member is held in an overlapping state with the leading ends of the connecting member and the connected member mutually overlapped. The leading end moves relative to the other leading end so as to slide in the longitudinal direction of the upper and lower frames or in a direction orthogonal thereto.

In FIG. 2, when the building sways in the direction of the arrow, the building frame 4 undergoes glabellar displacement in the same direction as shown by the imaginary line, and this magnitude is expressed as an interstory displacement measure. Here, the interlayer displacement gauge is P that forms the lower side 54 of the opening 14.
This corresponds to the relative displacement of the PC plate 33 forming the upper side 53 of the opening 14 with respect to the C plate 33. In addition, 57.57
indicates the floors of the upper and lower floors of the building. As shown in FIG. 10, when the window frame 1 undergoes a glabellar displacement in the direction of the arrow, first, the connection fixed to the upper side 53 of the opening 14 in the displacement following sliding portion S... The member 5 moves in the direction of the arrow by a predetermined sliding displacement amount L2. At the same time, one of the mutually contacting slide layers 13.13 moves together with the connecting member 5 while sliding with respect to the other slide layer 13. In addition, the displacement tracking sliding part S of the three lower frames...

In this case, the corner parts 6... of the window frame 1 have high rigidity due to the provision of the right angle holding parts 7..., so the upper and lower frames 2, 3 and the left and right vertical frames 15, 16 are Only the corner portions 6 are deformed, and the corner portions 6 are always held at right angles R. Then, based on the elastic deformation amount L1 due to the elastic deformation of the window frame 1 in the direction of the arrow at this time and the sliding displacement position L2,
The amount of interlayer displacement will be absorbed in each case. In this case, 30% to 70% of the relative movement in the direction of the arrow
Preferably, 60% is the amount of elastic deformation accompanying elastic deformation of the window frame 1, and 70% to 30%, preferably 40% is the amount of sliding displacement L of the sliding displacement in the displacement tracking sliding portion S...
2, it will be absorbed in its share.

In the above embodiment, since the stainless steel ring 41 is inserted into the long hole 10 of the connecting member 5, when the fixing tool 12 inserted into the ring 41 moves relatively within the long hole 10, the ring 41 and the fixing tool 12 do not mesh with each other. In other words, the ring 41 rotates and connects the connecting member 5 and the fixing member 1.
2 is reduced, and relative movement between the connecting member 5 and the connected member 8 is performed smoothly.

■ Since the interlayer displacement that occurs in the opening 14 is absorbed by both the displacement in the displacement following sliding part S... and the elastic displacement in the window frame 1, excessive stress is not applied to a part of the window frame 1. There is no permanent distortion in the window frame 1.

■ Since the right angle holding portions 7 are formed at each corner portion 6 of the window frame 1, the displacement of the window frame 1 caused by the shaking of the building can be prevented by controlling the vertical frames 2 and 3 and the left and right vertical frames 15° and 16. It can be generated in the middle.

■ In the displacement following sliding part S..., the connecting member 5
and the connected member 8 are connected through the slide layer 13 so that they can move smoothly relative to each other, so when the building shakes, the displacement following sliding portion S... The window frame 1 then undergoes elastic deformation. Therefore, after a part of the amount of interlayer displacement I occurring in the frame opening 14 is absorbed, the rest is absorbed into the window frame 1, so that it is possible to prevent excessive stress from being applied to the window frame 1. .
