造建築で、軸組を一定規格長さに切断とボールド穴加工
や、壁パネルが総て工場加工出来る常時在庫し、即組立
て出来るので、工期短縮と、ローコスト建築につながる

現場搬入して、所要土台部材を設置取りつけ、次に所要
床パネルを取りつけ、所要壁パネルと、順次取りつける
、次に所要通柱を取り付ける、所要胴差、所要二階床パ
ネルと、このような工程で進めてゆくと、建築技能者で

来る。又内外壁パネルがブレース入りの為壁量が大きく
取れ、構造上地震に対しても安全性が高い。他のパネル
組立て工法に比べて、木構造三階建住宅建築に利用度が
