動時に生じるねじれ振動の抑制手段を有すること
を特徴とする圧電ジヤイロ振動子。 (2) 前記抑制手段が前記ベース部材の剛性強化
手段であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の圧電ジヤイロ振動子。 (3) 前記抑制手段が前記各アーム部材の前記根
