【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) おのおの板面が直角をなして連結している
板状のアーム部材及び検出部材を有する２枚の振
動片を、各前記アーム部材の板面を揃え間隔をお
いて該アーム部材の根元をベース部材の１辺で互
いに連結した振動片対を少なくとも１対備え、駆
動時に生じるねじれ振動の抑制手段を有すること
を特徴とする圧電ジヤイロ振動子。 (2) 前記抑制手段が前記ベース部材の剛性強化
手段であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の圧電ジヤイロ振動子。 (3) 前記抑制手段が前記各アーム部材の前記根
元の板面に設けた直線状の溝であることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電ジ
