かつ外殻外側より偏心カムの回転によりスライド
し、上記プラグのスリ割りテーパ部外径を縮少で
きる傘状テーパ部を有したシヤフトとで構成した
結合部を設け、 第2の外殻端部には、上記スリ割りテーパ部外
径が縮少して挿入でき、かつ奥部にのいて段差を
有した穴を設けておき、上記結合部を穴に押圧す
ることにより、穴の入口がプラグのスリ割りテー
パ部を押し縮めて挿入でき、段差においてプラグ
の係止部が拡大して第1と第2の外殻が結合でき
、また偏心カムの回転によりシヤフトの傘状テー
パ部がプラグのスリ割りテーパ部外径を縮小させ
ることにより外殻を分離可能とすることを特徴と
