【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、シリコンを主成分とする抵抗体であるシリコ
ン抵抗体に関するものである。

×1020〜6×1020原子CII+−3の窒素を含
有させることによって、抵抗値が高く且つ安定でしかも
低コストで生産可能である様にしたものである。

として通常は多結晶Siが用いられている。

を用いてもよく、例えばイオン注入の様に分子状態の窒
