Abstract

PURPOSE:To make building of a retaining wall easy by forming non-straight longitudinal edges, respectively curved inwardly and outwardly, for a form that reproduces natural-stone-inlaid surface, and by placing the said form with the recessed parts of the natural-stone-like shape settled within the form. CONSTITUTION:Selected natural stones, after being applied with release agent, are coated with fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) in prepreg state to an extent that approximately a half of each stone is covered, and a form is made thereby. Then molding agent is poured into the form and natural-stone-like half bodies 10 are made thereby. The half bodies 10 are placed in a suitable arrangement in a base form 11, whose longitudinal edges are respectively curved inwardly and outwardly. Release agent is then applied over the half bodies 10 and the bodies are further covered with FRP 8 in prepreg state. After hardening by heating under pressure, a form 2 is made. A plurality of the forms 2, with release agent applied thereupon, are erected at the fixed places, and between concrete panels placed at the fixed intervals, concrete is placed, and a concrete retaining wall is built thereby.

Conventionally, most retaining walls formed on mountain slopes on the road side or around houses have been simply plain walls with straight surfaces, and retaining walls that are aesthetically pleasing have not been adopted.

In other words, building a so-called castle-style retaining wall made of stacked natural stones was very expensive and labor-intensive, so in the end, they had no choice but to build a simple retaining wall with a straight surface.

However, the example according to Utility Application No. 63-48697 is 1
The shapes of the two formworks are rectangular, and in order to create a natural feeling as much as possible, the natural stone-shaped recesses that reproduce natural stone are not properly housed in one formwork, but the natural stone-shaped recesses straddle the adjacent formworks. Therefore, when forming a concrete retaining wall that looks like it was formed by pouring concrete formwork and stacking natural stones in a state of being inserted, it is possible to fill the gaps between the formwork adjacent to the surface of the natural stone-shaped convex part of the completed concrete retaining wall. The concrete burr line that had flowed in was reproduced to some extent, which had the disadvantage of being unsightly and detracting from the natural stone feel.

In order to solve this drawback, in the embodiment according to Utility Model Application No. 63-48697, the silicone rubber layer on the surface of the mold is extended to the side of the mold to prevent the formation of paris lines. The inventor realized that this was still insufficient and completed the present invention.

The product of the present invention is manufactured by applying a mold release agent to the surface of the base frame 11 on which the natural stone halves 10 are placed and fixed, covering the FRP board 8 in a prepreg state, and hardening it under heat and pressure. This process may be repeated by applying unsaturated polyester resin, layering it with glass nonwoven fabric, or both, to laminate the FRP material, and curing it using a curing agent (see Figure 4).

In advance, a plurality of formworks 2 according to the present invention are joined together with bolts or the like and erected at a predetermined position, concrete panel plates 13 are erected with a desired gap in between, and concrete is poured into the desired gap. A concrete retaining wall will be formed that looks like natural stones stacked together with the desired gap width (see Figure 5).

In addition, mold release agents and silicone rubber are used to improve mold release.
It is desirable to extend the coating to the side of the formwork 2 of the product of the present invention because it prevents concrete from flowing into the joints of adjacently joined products of the present invention and forming paris lines. Also,
In order to make the concrete retaining wall formed by the product of the present invention look more like natural stone, it is preferable to mix inorganic pigments and weathering preventive agents into the inflowing concrete to retain the color of natural stone.

As described above, the present invention has a structure having natural stone-shaped recesses in which natural stones are piled up, so that natural stones can be formed by simply forming a retaining wall using the product of the present invention without stacking natural stones. A retaining wall with a shape similar to that of a retaining wall that is stacked in a fitted state can be easily and economically produced.

In addition, since the present invention uses FRP boards to form an uneven surface, any shape of natural stone can be clearly molded into the exact shape, and the concrete is not disposable but can be used repeatedly and durablely. It becomes the formwork.

Furthermore, since the uneven surface of the present invention can be continuously extended vertically and horizontally, by selecting an arbitrary number of consecutively installed stones of the present invention according to the size of the construction site, natural stone can be extended vertically and horizontally. It is also possible to manufacture large retaining walls that extend continuously in a stacked state.

Further, in the present invention, the long edge is not a straight edge but a non-linear edge having a convex edge, and the opposite long edge of the non-linear edge is formed as a non-linear edge having a concave edge that coincides with the non-straight edge. Since most of the natural stone-shaped recesses are arranged in this formwork, when a plurality of stones of the present invention are installed in a row, the previous application (
Compared to the rectangular formwork according to Utility Model Application No. 63-48697), the natural stone-shaped recesses are arranged in a more natural state, and the paris lines that occur when concrete is poured are also placed on the surface of the natural stone-shaped convex parts. The concrete formwork made of FRP exhibits excellent effects, such as being able to provide a concrete retaining wall that looks more natural and has a very good appearance because it does not appear and only appears at the joints of each block.
